      Bedrooms: All beds are supplied with fitted & flat sheets, pillows & cases, and comforters. Main Level - Master BR #1 w/ king bed & private bathroom. Upper Level - BR #3 w/ queen bed. Upper Level - BR #4 w/ 2 sets of full bunks (sleeps 8). Top Level - BR #2 w/ 2 twin bunk & day bed (2 levels up from Main Level). Lower Level - BR #5 w/ 2 sets of full bunks (sleeps 8). Lower Level - BR #6 w/ queen & twin bunk.
      Bathrooms: Each bathroom supplied with 6 bath towels and 2 hand towels. You bring all soaps. Main Level - Master bedroom w/private bathroom. Main Level - half bath off kitchen area. Upper Level - jack & jill bathroom between BR #3 & #4. Sink/vanities located in bedrooms. Lower Level - full bath for BR #5 & #6.
      Kitchen: We supply the basic kitchen items: cutlery, plates, bowls, drinking & wine glasses, basic pots & pans... and a crockpot. If you know that you are going to prepare a meal needing a specific pot, pan, griddle, or baster, you need to bring it. If cooking a giant pot of pasta or chili, you should bring it. We supply the basic Mr. Coffee maker. Bring 10-12 cup flat bottom filters. We supply a large propane grill with free propane. We supply basic grill tools.
      Dining: The dining room is located just off the kitchen overlooking the great room. Kitchen bar with stools.
      Entertainment: Great room with satellite TV. The Lower Level has an bar w/ TV billiard table, 2nd refrigerator.
      Other Amenities: Spare refrigerator & laundry. Flotation devices - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot provide floatation devices other than a giant floating dock. Children - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot supply dedicated child devices. As soon as we assemble them, they get recalled.
      Outdoor Amenities: The dual covered slip dock w/ ENORMOUS upper deck has seating and kids slide. Park extra boats on outside edges. The dock does have electricity to charge batteries. Fire pit (you bring skewers). The neighborhood boat ramp is approx. 1/3 mi from the home. The home has a large propane grill w/ free propane. We supply basic grill tools. Hot Tub – we actually do empty, clean, fill with fresh water between each rental.
      Parking: Room for approx. 5 vehicles parked directly in front of home. Trailers & extra vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas inside our gated community.
      Local Services & Businesses: Firewood can be purchased & delivered for you by calling the number posted in the kitchen. You need to bring pokers & skewers. Airport is Knoxville Tyson McGhee approximately 65 minutes from the cabin. Post office is in nearby LaFollette. Nothing can be delivered to the home. Deliver to the post office instead.
      Activities: Boat rentals - Norris Lake reaches into 5 counties with over 25 marinas scattered across the lake as far as 1.5 hours car ride followed by 1.5 hours by boat. By far the easiest locations for watercraft rentals are: Norris Lake Water Sports 937-238-6843. These guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Tell them you want the “Bertke 10% Discount” Oasis Watersports 423-494-0278. These guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Sugar Hollow Marina 423-562-3466. The closest marina to Lakeside Estates. Shanghai Marina 423-562-7651. Beautiful marina where you will want to sit for lunch/dinner at least once. Springs Dock 423-562-2405 Fishing license are available online.
