The multiple level cabin sports a main level with easy access from the private parking area. Enter to see a fully equipped modern kitchen stocked for your camp chef to feed the hungry crowd. The kitchen overlooks the dining room, great room, and deck over looking the lake complete with propane grill. A master suite equipped with full bathroom is located just off the great room.

*The Main Level also has a master suite with private bathroom.

Upper Levels have bedrooms 2, 3, & 4.

Lower Level has another TV room, spare refrigerator, convenient washer & dryer, bedroom #5, and a deck overlooking the lake. From here you can choose the private hot tub or 5 counties of clean, calm watery fun with over 28 marinas waiting to serve you. The private dock is tucked back and away protecting it from boat traffic yet still very close to open ski water.

Children - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot supply dedicated child devices. As soon as we assemble them, they get recalled.
Outdoor Amenities: Dock features 1 covered slip, 2 outside edge slips and huge swim platform. No electricity. Exclusive >>>> we change the hot tub water prior to your arrival.
Parking: Room for approx. 4 vehicles parked directly in front of home. Trailers & extra vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas inside our gated community.
Local Services & Businesses: Firewood can be purchased & delivered for you by calling the number posted in the kitchen. You need to bring pokers & skewers. Airport is Knoxville Tyson McGhee approximately 75 minutes from the cabin. Post office is in nearby LaFollette. Nothing can be delivered to the home. Deliver to the post office instead.

Minimum Age Limit For Renters: 26
Cancellation: Cancelations within 120 days to check in date is forfeiture of initial Rental Deposit. Cancellations withing 90 days to check in date is forfeiture of 50% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee. Cancellations withing 60 days to check in date is forfeiture of 100% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee.
