From the huge driveway with plenty of parking, enter the home ‘main level’ via the HUGE Florida room with card table and TV area and a ton of windows.
The modern kitchen with all of the amenities will satisfy the camp chefs. The huge, open floor plan offers the living room, dining room, bedroom #1 (master suite), and a half bath.

The upper level provides bedrooms #2, #3. The bonus loft area with twin over full bunk bed is ideal for kids or one more couple. This level sleep 9 people.

The lower level provides a TV living room, wet bar w/frig, bedrooms #4 and #5, and washer/dryer room.

Boats can be launched from the public boat launch at Campbell County Park on Demory Road, Whitman Hollow Marina or at the neighborhood launch site. It is easier to launch the boat at the public boat launch and take it out at the neighborhood boat launch, as the neighborhood launch is very narrow and steep. Assess the neighborhood boat launch for “fit” with your boat as it may be too narrow for your boat.
