J & J s Getaway is a brand new home, fully completed, and ready for the 2019 season. Strategically located around the corner from Sugar Hollow Marina and the world famous “Jumping Bridge” you are close to everything you need for family adventure. This is a prime location for Norris Lake House Rentals & Waterfront Cabin Rentals.

Drive up to see this darling new home with plenty of parking and an easy slope to your private dock. Bring your own boat and park it on the 6,600 pound lift. No boat? No worries! Simply rent from the numerous, convenient watercraft rentals. The community boat ramp is right down the street.

With two covered decks, relax on your swing while reading your favorite book or simply watching the lake activities. Cook on the propane grill and have family meals with spectacular scenery.

Walk inside to see the modern, high end home with wide open floor plan. A fully stocked kitchen provides the ‘camp chef’ with wide open views of the lake along with the dining room and living room.

On the main level is a master suite with king bed and private full bathroom (shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity).
Off the living room is a second full bath (shower) and a laundry (washer/dryer). Please bring all soaps and detergents.
Off the dining room is a deck with a grill and free propane.

Up one level is the bunk room with three sets of twin over full bunk beds (sleeps 9) and plenty of room for additional entertainment.

Down one level is the second living room complete with card table and a beautiful wet bar. Bedroom #3 provides a second master suite with queen bed and private bathroom (tub/shower). Bedroom #4 provides a *third master* suite with king bed and private bathroom (shower). *Note this cabin also has a door for the living room (common bath at day, private bath at night). Bedroom #5 provides a fourth master suite with king bed and private bathroom (shower).

Off of the living room is a second utility room with another washer/dryer and a professional ICE MAKER.

Norris Lake Water Sports 937-238-6843. These guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Tell them you want the “Bertke 10% Discount” Springs Dock 423-562-2405. This marina is the closest by car and water. Sugar Hollow Marina 423-562-3466. This marina is around the corner on your way to the Jumping Bridge. Shanghai Marina 423-562-7651. Beautiful marina where you will want to sit for lunch/dinner at least once.
