The deck overlooking the lake action and private dock sports a propane grill (free propane). Slide into you private hot tub. We empty & fill with fresh water between each group.
This easy access main level has three queen bedrooms. One is a master with private bathroom.
The upper level provides more bedrooms and master bedrooms and a bonus Futon bed in the game room. The upper level even provides an extra frig, microwave, laundry room, MORE bathrooms, and another deck over looking the lake..
Parking is easy, flat, 2 driveways, and connected to the paved access street.
Launch your boat next door at the very flat boat ramp. If you need to rent watercraft simply contact Oasis Water Sports or Norris Lake Water Sports.

Kitchen: The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides the necessary space and tools to please the hungry crowd while overlooking the party in the nearby TV & dining room.
We supply the basic kitchen items: cutlery, plates, bowls,
drinking & wine glasses, basic pots & pans... we do have a crockpot. If you know that you are going to prepare a meal needing a specific pot, pan, griddle, or baster, you need to bring it. If cooking a giant pot of pasta or chili, you should bring it.
We supply the basic Mr. Coffee maker. Bring 10-12 cup flat bottom filters.
Dining: Large dining room with direct views of the lake. Seats 10 at table & 3 at bar.
Entertainment: DirecTV and game room.
You bring board & card games.
Other Amenities: Flotation devices - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot provide floatation devices other than a giant floating dock.
Children - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot supply dedicated child devices. As soon as we assemble them, they get recalled.
Outdoor Amenities: Decks with seating and tables overlooking the lake.
Fire pit.
The boat launch is next to the cabin.
The dock does not have electricity.
The home has a large propane grill with free propane. We supply basic grill tools.
Hot Tub – we empty, clean, fill with fresh water between each rental.
Parking: Very easy, flat parking on two separate 2 car wide driveways.
Local Services & Businesses: Firewood can be purchased and delivered for you.. Call the number posted on the frig. You need to bring pokers & skewers. .The nearest commercial airport is Knoxville Tyson McGhee approximately 65 minutes from the cabin. Fishing license are available online. Minimum Age Limit For Renters: 28 years
Cancellation: Cancelations within 120 days to check in date is forfeiture of initial Rental Deposit. Cancellations withing 90 days to check in date is forfeiture of 50% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee. Cancellations withing 60 days to check in date is forfeiture of 100% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee.
