Description

Located in Lakeside Estate near the famous “Jumping Bridge” this beautiful 3 bedroom condominium is right on the shoreline. If fact it is so close to the water that it was built right at the top of the boat ramp.  From the parking area, there is only one step required to enter the condo front door. This is a prime location for Norris Lake House Rentals.

All located on one level, the open floor plan provides a full kitchen overlooking the dining area and large living room. The kitchen is complete with full refrigerator, glass top range/oven, dishwasher, sink (city water), microwave, toaster, coffer maker, blender, and fully stocked cupboards (plates, bowls, cutlery, etc). The adjacent utility room has a washer & dryer.

Located off the TV room, the master suite with king bed and TV overlooks the lake.  The HUGE master bathroom is complete with huge tub, separate shower, large vanity, and water closet.

Located on the other side of the TV room, bedroom #2 provides a queen bed.  Bedroom #3 is equipped with twin/twin bunk and full/full bunks.  A common, full bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The large deck provides plenty of seating/dining and large propane grill.  Half of the deck is covered for shelter form rain & sun.  For entertainment, have your camera ready while watching people attempt to launch boats.

Your private, covered boat slip is conveniently located by the boat ramp. This dock does not have electricity.
To reach your boat, simply exit the front door and walk down the ramp to reach your boat slip.  Bring your floating raft and swimming toys to enjoy this warm and clean water.  For those few that just don’t like lake water, travel up the main road 1/4 mile to reach the free community pool and kiddie pool (no pass required).

Kitchen: The kitchen includes top end appliances, and a large breakfast bar open to the large TV room. The bar offers additional seating to the dining room table. All utensils, plates, glasses, & cookware are provided for your convenience.
Dining: Dining room with table for 6. Bar provide seating for 4.
Entertainment: TV provided (no satellite or cable) > you bring media players.
Other Amenities: Wireless Internet is via DSL. It is barely fast enough for normal office use. Do not expect to stream audio or video.
Outdoor Amenities: By far the easiest locations for watercraft rentals are: Norris Lake Water Sports 937-238-6843. These guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Tell them you want the “Bertke 10% Discount” Oasis Watersports 423-494-0278. These guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Sugar Hollow Marina 423-562-3466. The closest marina to Lakeside Estates. Shanghai Marina 423-562-7651. Beautiful marina where you will want to sit for lunch/dinner at least once. Springs Dock 423-562-2405 Fishing license are available online. For guiding services, check Facebook “I Love Norris Lake”. You can fish for bluegill & black bass from the dock.
Parking: Only two vehicles allowed in condo parking lot. Directly in front of the condo. Extra vehicles are parked in the overflow lot approx 1/4 mile away. Trailer parking lot is just inside the community entrance gates.
Local Services & Businesses: Airport is Knoxville Tyson McGhee approximately 65 minutes from the cabin. Post office is in nearby LaFollette. Nothing can be delivered to the home. Deliver to the post office instead.
Activities: Fishing license are available online. For guiding services, check Facebook “I Love Norris Lake”. You can fish for bluegill & black bass from the dock.
Minimum Age Limit For Renters: 28
Cancellation: Cancelations within 120 days to check in date is forfeiture of initial Rental Deposit. Cancellations withing 90 days to check in date is forfeiture of 50% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee. Cancellations withing 60 days to check in date is forfeiture of 100% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee.
