Take the unbelievably easy walk to your private dock located in a sheltered swimming area of Norris Lake. There, you will enjoy the pristine waters of Tennessee’s cleanest lake. Grab your kayak, paddle board, or the included pedal boat and stroll around the acres upon acres of no wake, protected water. When the time is right, cruise past Flat Hollow to enjoy endless miles of uncrowded ski water.

****During summer season and holidays, the cancelation policy is extended to 90 days instead of standard 60 days*****

Kitchen: The kitchen includes big cabinets, top end appliances, and a large breakfast bar open to the great room. The bar offers additional seating to the already well-equipped large dining room table in the dining area. All utensils, plates, glasses, & cookware are provided for your convenience. Kitchen is fully stocked. You are provided with a complete inventory prior to your arrival.
Dining: The dining room is located just off the kitchen overlooking the great room.
Entertainment: The lower level is designed to provide additional room for the spirited. The family room is equipped with a huge TV w/ DirecTV.. Lounge on the La-Z-Boy seating while enjoying your favorite TV show, movie, or ballgame. The utility room provides full sized washer, dryer, and spare refrigerator. Parking: Room for approx. 4 vehicles parked directly in front of home. Trailers & extra vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas above the marina area.
Local Services & Businesses: By far the easiest locations for watercraft rentals are: Oasis Watersports 423-494-4202. For a delivery charge, these guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Norris Lake Water Sports 937-238-6843. These guys will deliver the boat to the dock. Tell them you want the “Bertke 10% Discount” Flat Hollow Marina 423-562-8314. The closest marina to Flat Hollow cabins is only ½ mile away.
Minimum Age Limit For Renters: 28
Cancellation: Cancelations within 120 days to check in date is forfeiture of initial Rental Deposit. Cancellations withing 90 days to check in date is forfeiture of 50% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee. Cancellations withing 60 days to check in date is forfeiture of 100% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee.
