The large, ultra modern kitchen is equipped with everything the camp chef needs to satisfy the friends & family. The enormous kitchen bar with seating overlooks the TV room all with beautiful views of the lake.
The ground floor level has 2 adult bedrooms (king or queen)..

The lower level provides a large TV room. Bedroom #3 has a king & twin bunks. Bedroom #4 has a queen, full, twin/full bunk. A convenient utility room sports a spare refrigerator, coffee/microwave station, and full laundry service.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom supplied with 8 bath towels, wash rags, and 2 hand towels. You bring the soaps. Main Level - full bathroom (shower) for master BR #1 Main Level - full bathroom, common (shower/tub). Lower Level - full bathroom common (tub/shower).
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything. The large breakfast bar is open to the dining room and great room. The gigantic bar is ideal for food preparation and entertaining. Includes cutlery, plates, bowls, drinking & wine glasses, basic pots & pans... crockpot & blender. If preparing a special meal needing a specific pot, pan, griddle, or baster, you need to bring it.
Entertainment: Secure wireless fast enough for audio & video streaming. TV streaming.
Other Amenities: Flotation devices - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot provide floatation devices other than a giant floating dock. Children - due to ridiculous liability reasons, we cannot supply dedicated child devices. As soon as we assemble them, they get recalled.
Outdoor Amenities: Decks with seating and tables overlooking the lake. Outdoor fireplace (no tools provided). If you need wood, call our low cost & convenient firewood delivery service posted on the frig. The dock does not have electricity. The home has a large propane grill with free propane. We supply basic grill tools.
Parking: Plenty of parking for up to 7 vehicles right in the easy, gentle sloped, double wide driveway.
Local Services & Businesses: Airport is Knoxville Tyson McGhee approximately 65 minutes from the cabin.
Activities: Water sports of all kinds. 25 marinas are waiting to serve you burgers, pizza, and beer. Closest marinas are Whitman Hollow & Stardust.

Cancellation: Cancelations within 120 days to check in date is forfeiture of initial Rental Deposit. Cancellations withing 90 days to check in date is forfeiture of 50% of Rental Sum/Taxes/Cleaning Fee.
