*Off Season: For target dates post Labor Day up to mid April, an inquiry is required prior to booking.
Booking Details: 25% of total is due at booking, balance due 120 days prior to check-in
Cancellation: Free cancelations not allowed. If home gets rebooked, you receive refund minus $200 admin fee. If we must discount to rebook, you receive refund minus the difference. At booking, you are offered cancellation insurance via Guardian.
Guardian Trip Insurance: When booking, you are offered Guardian trip insurance options
Minimum Age: The primary guest actually booking this home and signing the rental agreement, must be a minimum 28 years of age. This person is solely responsible for any damage inflicted upon the property.
