*Off Season: For target dates post Labor Day up to mid April, an inquiry is required prior to booking.
Booking Details: 25% of total is due at booking, balance due 90 days prior to check-in
Cancellation: No refund within 90 days prior to check-in; cancellations prior to 90 days before check-in date receive a full refund of paid funds minus a $200 admin fee.
Guardian Trip Insurance: When booking, you are offered Guardian trip insurance options
Minimum Age: One primary guest for booking: 28 years old; primary guest will be held responsible for property damages

Lowest level: Bedrooms #7 (king) and #8 (full), full bath
Bathrooms: Each bathroom supplied with 6 bath towels, wash rags, and 2 hand towels Main Level – full bathroom w/ tub/shower. Upper Level – full bathroom w/ shower for bedroom #3. Lower Level – full bath for TV room & bedrooms 4-6. Walkout Level – full bath for bedrooms 7 & 8..
