- ‘Copper Top Estate’ is a private Norris Lake 18-acre ultimate vacation and venue retreat destination. It offers 2 amazing homes situated on top of Loyston Point with breathtaking 360-degree views of Norris Lake and Smoky Mountains. The property has a private swimming pool with a large pool house (Open April 1 – Sept 31). The pool is not heated.
Dock: The property includes 2 covered slips located a short 1.5 mile drive at Stardust Marina. There is a public boat launch at the end of the street for easy boat access.
Bring your boat or rent from nearby Stardust Marina, Sequoyah Marina, Waterside Marina, or contact Oasis Water Sports for rental boat delivery.

Booking Details: 25% of total is due at booking, balance due 120 days prior to check-in
Cancellation: Free cancelations not allowed. If home gets rebooked, you receive refund minus $200 admin fee. If we must discount to rebook, you receive refund minus the difference. At booking, you are offered cancellation insurance via Guardian.

The 2 Norris Lake Vacation Homes combined have over 11,000 square feet of living space (9 bed / 6 bath) allowing family and friends plenty of space to unwind, congregate, and enjoy. *BOTH homes are included in the quoted price. In other words, when you see your quote, you are getting both homes for that price.
The main home is beautifully architected with a large courtyard and 7,700 square feet of living space (5 bed / 3.5 Bath). All rooms within the home offer amazing water and mountain views.
The second home is a custom-built traditional log home with over 3,500 square feet of living space (4 / 3 Baths). It offers large, vaulted ceilings with 2 fireplaces with a separate kitchen and dining space in addition to the main home.
Bedrooms: 9 — All beds are supplied with flat & fitted sheets, pillows & cases, and comforters ** to keep cleaning cost down, you make the beds. Main building – main level: BR #1 master suite. Main building – lower lever: BR #2 master suite. BR #3, #4, #5. 2nd building – main level: BR #6 master suite. BR #7 2nd building – upper level: BR #8 & #9.
