Main level: Bedroom #1 (king suite with bath, shower only), large kitchen, dining room, family room, one TV
Upper level: Bedrooms #2 (queen, twin/twin bunk) with full bath includes tub and shower, bedroom #3 (queen) with private bath includes tub and shower
Lower level: Bedrooms #4 (queen + twin/twin bunk) and #5 (queen + 2 twin/twin bunk), full bath with tub and shower, family room with Murphy fold out bed and two futons (sleeps 6), one TV, game room, laundry room, 2nd kitchen, 2nd refrigerator
Bathrooms: The bathrooms are supplied with approximately 20 towels and a couple hand towels.
You bring all soaps. Bath #1 is for BR1. Bath #2 is for BR2 Bath #3 is for BR3. Bath #4 is common for entire lower level. Bath #5 is common half bath for main level.

Dining: The dining room is located just off the kitchen overlooking the great room.
Kitchen: The extra large kitchen includes custom cabinets, top end appliances, and a large breakfast bar open to the great room. The bar offers additional seating to the already well-equipped large dining room table in the dining area. All utensils, plates, glasses, & cookware are provided for your convenience. Kitchen is fully stocked. You are provided with a complete inventory prior to your arrival.

Outdoor Amenities: Your private dock features swim platform, 1 covered slip, 2 32′ outside edge slips., 2 PWC docks. Decks w/ seating & tables overlooking the lake. Fire pit (you bring skewers). The neighborhood boat ramp is approx. 1/3 mi from the home.. The home has a large propane grill w/ free propane. We supply basic grill tools. Hot Tub – we actually do empty, clean, fill with fresh water between each rental.
